De su lado, el Coronel Jorge Luis Vázquez Suárez, ERD, (DEM), Director General de la Escuela de Altos Estudios Militares del Ejército, acompañado por su plana Mayor, Recibieron al Viceministro, quien firmó el libro de vistas distinguidas para luego hacer un recorrido guiado por las instalaciones de EGEMERD., donde pudo comprobar la amplitud de los espacios y las capacidades tecnológicas instaladas en las diferentes aulas de esta escuela de altos estudios Militares
En ese sentido, recibió explicaciones sobre el uso del moderno simulador táctico o caja de arena que se encuentra instalado en una de las aulas de EGEMERD. El señor Rijo Presbot, conversó con los estudiantes de Comando y Estado Mayor, sobre las herramientas del presupuesto general de la nación cómo instrumento de las políticas públicas gubernamentales para lograr un desarrollo económico, social, inclusivo y sostenible.
