La Escuela de Graduados de Estudios Militares del ERD, (EGEMERD), de la Facultad de Ciencias Militares de la Universidad Nacional para la Defensa, dio inicio al Curso de Operaciones Militares para Oficiales Auxiliares del correspondiente al año lectivo 2024.
El Coronel Jorge Luis Vásquez Suarez, ERD., (DEM), Director General , ofreció la bienvenida a los integrantes de la IX promoción del COMOA-2024, en sus palabras de exhortación motivó a los oficiales a enfocarse en los estudios para forjar un futuro como oficiales superiores y poner en práctica los conocimientos que adquieran en EGEMERD, al servicio de su institución, de la patria y de ellos mismos, ya que la formación que recibirán en la escuela de altos estudios transformará su vida profesional y familiar.
La Mayor Glennys Polanco, ERD., Coordinadora del Curso realizó la inducción programada de acuerdo al calendario académico.
El Coronel Vásquez Suarez, manifestó que el gran apoyo que recibe la escuela por parte de la Comandancia General del ERD, es una muestra del compromiso que tiene el Mayor General, Carlos Antonio Fernández Onofre, Comandante General del Ejército de República Dominicana, con la formación Profesional de los oficiales del ERD.
