Como parte de su proceso de evaluación, los estudiantes de la Especialidad y del Curso en Comando y Estado Mayor de la Escuela de Graduados de Estudios Militares del Ejército de República Dominicana, de la Facultad de Ciencias Militares del Instituto Superior para la Defensa (INSUDE), participaron en la 2da. fase de la evaluación de sus trabajos de investigación.
Los estudiantes, expusieron y defendieron sus monográficos para optar por el título de Especialista en Comando y Estado Mayor Para Fuerzas Terrestres y Diplomado en Comando y Estado Mayor.
Los oficiales superiores presentaron trabajos con temas como “Capacidades Tecnológicas del Ejército para responder a un ataque Cibernético”, “Retos del Ejército ante posibles amenazas del hemisferio occidental”, entre otros.
Dichas evaluaciones fueron realizadas por un jurado compuesto por el Mayor Gral. Juan José Otaño Jiménez, ERD, Director General de las Escuelas Vocacionales de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional, el Gral. de Brigada Ambiorix Cepeda Hernández, ERD, Director de la Escuela de Graduados en Derechos Humanos y Derecho Internacional Humanitario, la Doctora Fanny Torres, PHD, la licenciada Yocasta Muñoz (MA), entre otros distinguidos miembros del jurado.
Las evaluaciones se desarrollaron bajo la supervisión del Director General de la EGEMERD, Cnel. Jorge Luis Vásquez Suárez, ERD. (DEM), por instrucciones del Comandante General del Ejército de República Dominicana, Mayor General Carlos Antonio Fernández Onofre, ERD.
