La Escuela de Graduados de Estudios Militares del ERD, @egemerdejercito , de la Facultad de Ciencias Militares del @insuderd , realizó el Panel “Liderazgo y desarrollo de las Organizaciones”.
Los panelistas fueron el Vicealmirante®, Miguel Enríquez Peña Acosta, ARD, quien ocupó varias funciones durante su carrera militar, entre ellas Comandante Gral. de la ARD y Viceministro de Defensa Para Asuntos Navales y Costeros, El Gral. de Brigada Piloto, Mórtimer José De Jesús Eusebio, FARD, Director Corporativo de Seguridad del Consejo Unificado de las Empresas Distribuidoras de Electricidad (CUED) y el Gral. de Brigada Ángel Alfredo Camacho Ubiera, Subcomandante Gral. del ERD.
En su ponencia, el Vicealmirante Peña Acosta se enfocó en resaltar los valores que a su juicio adornan al buen líder, «supervisar de manera constante el personal, reconocerle las buenas acciones y servir de ejemplo e inspiración en el ejercicio del mando».
De su lado el Gral. de Brigada, Mórtimer José De Jesús Eusebio, FARD, orientó a los participantes motivándolos a liderar con responsabilidad y disciplina.
Así mismo, el Gral. de Brigada Ángel Alfredo Camacho Ubiera, consideró que se debe «influir en las personas para que de forma colectiva se puedan lograr las metas y propósitos planteados de manera integral y efectiva enfocados siempre en la preservación de los valores, especialmente la integridad y la confianza».
La actividad se realizó en el auditorio de la EGEMERD, con la participación del personal discente y la moderación del Cnel. ERD, José D. Rivera Lahoz (DEM), quien imparte la cátedra sobre «Liderazgo Militar» en la escuela de altos estudios militares del Ejército.
De su lado, el Director Gral. de la EGEMERD, Cnel. Jorge Luis Vásquez Suárez, ERD, (MA), en nombre del Mayor Gral. Carlos A. Fernández Onofre, Comandante Gral. del ERD, expresó que la finalidad de estos paneles es influenciar de forma positiva en los oficiales para que en el ejercicio de sus funciones puedan aportar a la moderación y cambio positivo de la nación desde las funciones que desempeñen dentro y fuera del campo militar.
