Autoridades y Estudiantes de la Escuela del Curso de Diplomado en Comando y Estado Mayor del Comando Superior de Educación del Ejército de Guatemala (COSEDE), realizaron una visita de cortesía a las instalaciones de la Escuela de Graduados de Estudios Militares del ejército de República Dominicana ,(EGEMERD), perteneciente a la Facultad de Ciencias Militares de la Universidad Nacional para la Defensa ( UNADE).
La visita de los Estudiantes de la Escuela de Guatemala tiene como objetivo el intercambio de conocimientos académicos y estrechar los lazos de amistad entre ambas escuelas. La comitiva de los militares de Guatemala estuvo acompañada por los coroneles Freddy A. Marte Acosta ERD., (MA) Director de la Escuela de Graduados en Comando y Estado Mayor Conjunto, MIDE., y su comitiva que lo acompañaron.
La delegación de la Escuela de Diplomado en Comando y Estado Mayor de Guatemala estuvo integrada por el Cnel. de infantería (DEM), Cristian Fernando Mack Paz, Director de ECEM. Y su comitiva y con ellos, los estudiantes del Diplomado en Comando y Estado Mayor del Comando Superior de Educación del Ejército de Guatemala (COSEDE).
Los visitantes fueron recibidos por el Cnel. Jorge Luis Vásquez Suárez, ERD. (MA), Director General de EGEMERD, acompañado por su plana Mayor, las autoridades Académicas y Administrativas de la casa de altos estudios militares. Él Cnel. Vásquez Suárez, Director de la EGEMERD, le mostró en fílmicas a los distinguidos visitantes, la Filosofía institucional de EGEMERD, los objetivos, el organigrama, la oferta académica, los proyectos que están en desarrollo, la proyección futura de la escuela, la estructura y funcionamiento de la institución.
