La Escuela de Graduados de Estudios Militares del Ejército de República Dominicana (EGEMERD), perteneciente a la Facultad de Ciencias Militares de la Universidad Nacional para la Defensa (UNADE), recibió al señor Eduardo Cruz, Presidente del Grupo Humano, en el marco de la asignatura de Liderazgo, con la finalidad de proporcionar una capacitación integral sobre liderazgo organizacional y militar a los estudiantes del curso en Comando y Estado Mayor para Fuerzas Terrestres. La interacción fluida entre los estudiantes y el facilitador durante la charla contribuyó significativamente a crear un ambiente dinámico y participativo, lo que enriqueció la experiencia de aprendizaje y aseguró el éxito y la efectividad de la actividad.
